In the Community

We are active in the community to ensure that we give something back to the communities around us. This can take the form of raising money for national charities, supporting local organisations or promoting good business practices. Adding Value to Clients

We recognize that CSR is an important subject for our clients, particularly since the Government put carbon emissions at the top of the agenda by setting tough sustainability targets in Securing the Future. We are dedicated to incorporating its concerns into our innovative solutions.

To aid the assessment process, we are currently training some of our consultants in order to achieve BREEAM accreditation.

We are dedicated to collaborative working practices, ensuring that all our relationships build positive partnerships. We conduct client surveys and aim to achieve 100% client satisfaction. In 2008, 92% of our clients said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the service we provide, with 94% of clients stating that they would both recommend us to someone else and use us again.

This is achieved by encouraging staff to have a good work-life balance and ensuring we give everyone the opportunity to develop and grow. We promote our staff leading healthy lifestyles: we provide all staff with private health insurance, fruit and filtered water is available in every office and, in line with our environmental policy, we have a cycle to work scheme.
